TMAC communicates with ChipBlaster
May 12, 2008Caron Engineering's TMAC product can now be integrated with industry leader ChipBlaster.
- ChipBLASTER, an industry leader in high pressure coolant systems can be connected to TMAC via ethernet. This connection allows TMAC to read the coolant flow and pressure dynamically and graph this data in real-time
- Limits can be set in TMAC to generate an alarm on the machine control if the coolant flow or pressure drop below an acceptable level.
- TMAC Viewer can be used to view the coolant flow and pressure data. This data can indicate another cause for a sudden increase in tool horsepower
- With this unique solution, Caron Engineering can now offer an advanced analysis of how the coolant delivery is affecting the cutting process
